Sonam PrasadMom of 2 children3 years agoA. hi dear It's normal for newborns to pass frequent watery stools. Newborn intestines do not absorb food very well, and much of it is excreted into the stool. After the first few months, absorption improves, resulting in thicker, less frequent stools.
