First u can determine if anything is bothering your kid related to health like teething or cough or cold or stuffy nose or stomach pain anything of that sort. If everything looks good just give ur kid a break. Feed solids frequently even if ur kid takes very less amount. Don't force ur kid to finish the meal. Stop it when he or she says no then the next feed u can give earlier. Slowly ur kid will be back to normal
