mother's diet should be healthy and full of protiens half of the strength comes from mother only by breast milk.
take care and give the baby home made cereals which has less artificial colours and mixed chemical foods and give the baby natural atmosphere like sun light at home ,fresh air , now we are in era where people are just surrounded by packed flats(city houses),give the baby natural environment etc.
