mera baby 7 month ka hai mai use 100 ml cerelac deti hu uske baad mujhe kitni der baad khilana chahiye..cerelac digest hone m kitna time lg jata h ....

please avoid all packed food and formula food
please give easily digestible food like curd rice and beans and khichdi vegetable soup and upma daliya mashes etc
you can give small quantity of soji halva sira laddu pancakes sabudana porridge khir etc
