Now you baby is more than six months also you can start giving solids and water to your baby. In starting few days give everything in a fluids form like Dal Ka Paani, rice water, vegetable soup, fruit puree. And with the time you can increase the food item in babies regular diet plan and baby should take at least four meals in a day
