A. It is common for babies to develop neck control at different rates, and some may take a little longer. By the time your baby is around 4-6 months old, they typically begin to gain better neck control and can hold their head up while lying on their tummy or during tummy time. If your 5-month-old has not yet gained full neck control, try incorporating more tummy time during the day, which helps strengthen the muscles in the neck and upper body. However, if your baby is not showing signs of progress by 6 months or seems to be struggling with head control, it's a good idea to consult a pediatrician to ensure that everything is developing as expected.
