If your 5-month-old has not yet gained full neck control, try incorporating more tummy time during the day, which helps strengthen the muscles in the neck and upper body. However, if your baby is not showing signs of progress by 6 months or seems to be struggling with head control, it's a good idea to consult a pediatrician to ensure that everything is developing as expected.
