RashmiMom of a 11 yr 2 m old girl4 months agoA. Okay the first one is vitamin B complex the second was a multivitamin which is a combination of B12 and another vitamin which is fab to be taken but it is taken to for a very limited time you just have to check with Dr for how long do you need to
