mera baby 4month 19 days ho gaya hai uska weight 5.8 hai or usko cough nd cold hogayi hai mere baby ka weight gain hone ke liye main kya karna chahiye

usually they gain double their birth weight by the age of 6 months.
and ideally 4 months old baby should have weight between 4 to 6 kg
so don't worry your child weighs normal.

for cold and cough:
please breastfeed your child as per his or her needs,it contains antibodies which help your child to fight against viral or bacterial infection.
dress your child in weather appropriate clothes.
provide apt sun light at least 20 minutes a day
maintain good hygiene.
