Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 7 m old boy4 years agoA. straining while passing urine and stool is very normal before completion of 6 months of age. sometimes this can continue for one year of age also. it usually occcurs due to the distention of the urinary bladder and rectum of the child. the sensation is new for the child that's why the child is crying if you feel that the crying is more than normal you should visit a pediatrician for examination

POOJA KOTHARIMom of a 8 yr 8 m old boy4 years agoA. Your baby may urinate as often as every one to three hours or as infrequently as four to six times a day. If they're ill or feverish, or when the weather is extremely hot, their usual output of urine may drop by half and still be normal.
