Mera baby 4 month ka hai wo sote hai to 5 minute me uth jata hai use need lagi ho ti hai bt continuously so ni Pata hai aisa kyu ho rha

A. hi mostly it happens because of Colic so please feed your child on demand burp your baby well after each feeding you may give soothing massage before sleep time which help in better sleep i would suggest to massage on stomach in clockwise direction using Babyhug tummy roll on
