Mera baby 4 month ka hai aur wo 5 to 7 min feed karke so jata hai ya khelne lagyu hai kya usko proper nutrition Mukta hoga

A. hi mom for better quality of milk mother should eat good proteins like dals eggs chicken paneer soya curds tofu have a variety of vegetables and fresh fruits and hydrate yourself well exclusive breastfeeding till 6 months of age is recommended
