Milk- restrict to 500 ml including dairy products.
give 3 meals which are substantial including rice, roti , basically cereals, with veggies , dals so proteins are also covered.
then snacks should be again healthy comprising of fruits, variety of recipes. easy to munch on. try finger foods too.

please try to add different spices gradually in your child diet.
or you can increase it's quantity gradually.
try to make your child sit to take meal with whole family because children learn more from imitating their parents.
but please don't force your child.
it will take time and lot of patiences.
so stay calm, consistent and positive.
