Mera baby 3 months ka hai aur breastfeed karta hai. Use iron supplements kabse dena hai? Pls guide me.

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician3 years agoA. Not all baby neeed to give it in supplement, as ur baby is 3 month old, Exclusive breast feed your baby two hourly and on demand .Breast milk is the recommended source of nutrition for infant.
