Mera baby 3 and half month ka h kya m usse leta k dudh pila sakti hu kyoki humare yaha aisa kahte ki leta k dudh pilane se kaan me problem ho jati h.

As babies mostly take gas along with feeding, and it may cause severe regurgitation to the baby.
So it is advised to hold the baby properly in slanting position while feeding
