Q.

mera baby 3.5 month ka he. abhi tak me every 2 hr k gap me baby ko feed deti thi. but abhi 2-3 din se mera baby kabhi kabhi 1 hr ke gap me feed karta he aur kabhi 3 hr ke gap me. plz guide me 2 feed ke beech me kitna gap hona chahie?

A. Hi, Apko breastfeeding demand par krani hai...eska matlab hai ki jb bhi baby ko hunger feel ho...chahe vo har hour pe demand kare... formula feeding ko timely gap me dena hota h but breastfeeding k sath aisa nhi hota h.. Continue breastfeeding till 6 month exclusively and don't forget to burp after every feed. Start giving semi solid and solid food once baby completes 6 month.
