Mera baby 2year ka hai uska weight kitna hona chahiye

A. include energy dense foods like banana, dryfruits , sheera add ghee , one spoon a day in total. have good physical activity. avoid screen time. also check for anemia, worms , vitamin deficiency if no improvement. . weight should be 12 to 13 kg

A. hi sir , ideally your child should have weight between 8 to 12 kg. for healthy growth of your child , give 3 meals and 2 snacks which includes green leafy vegetables, fruits, nuts, pulses, beans, dairy products etc.
