Dr. Vaibhav jainFather of a 5 yr 9 m old girl4 years agoA. give all in diet .Green leafy vegetables and fruits . Some good source of protein like egg or soya bean can be given . Any protein powder can also be started after baby age is more than 2 yr of age .

please avoid all packaged food
please give daily massage and sun light exposure
please include natural probiotic and dairy products and green leaf veggies and fresh fruit and different seeds and nuts in your child daily diet
