mera baby 2 months ka hai.. raat ko uska tummy bahut tight ho jata hai usko gas ka dard hota hai raat me bht jyada rota hai kya karna chahiye?

Gas related problem is very common in small babies because of many factor including immatu ffvrity of the gut . other factors include cow's milk introduction before 1 year of age , bottle feeding, not giving proper burping after each feed. Digestive enzymes like aglozyme drops can be given as suggested by doctor in proper dose for reliving of such symptoms .
