mera baby 2.5 year ka hai usne December se mother feed laina chod diya tha mgr abh mujhe kuch din se breast me stiffness (akrrevan) jihi feel hundi hai aisa kyun???

A. Massage breast with warm oil and then followed by warm compress it would be very helpful for you plus also at the same time I am going to advise you that you should also check with your doctor any medication would be required for the same
