Mera baby 1year ke h . vo fruits or vegetables to kha leti h but grains nai khati h .. kya grains khilana jaruri h kya?

A. haan. it's our staple food. Offer a variety of tastes and texture so that baby gets used to it all. In between meals keep offering healthy snacks like fruit or vegetable sticks.
