Baby should be healthy it is not necessary to look fat.As long as your baby is active and healthy, accepting feeds and foods, passing adequate urine, showing no discomfort symptoms, gaining weight and height according to the age, developing motor skills on time, then nothing to worry about.
Give 3 meals and 2-3 snacks in a day to your baby. Add ghee or home made butter in your baby food.
Add dry fruits, paneer, cheese, curd, boiled egg etc in your baby diet.
Give energy dense fruits and vegetables like banana chikku potatoes sweet potatoes etc along with other seasonal fruits and vegetables.
Avoid giving thin soups and juices.
Limit intake of milk.
Also consult your pediatrician to rule out any nutritional deficiency.
