ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician3 years agoA. it's okay, keep interacting with your baby.. Read books aloud n Sing to your child . Have your child play with kids whose language is a little better than theirs.

Its Just 13 months of age so you want to your child for another two or three months if you feel that the behaviour of your child hasn’t changed at all then you may consult a child psychologist because they can analyse the behaviour of the child and can tell you what is the situation and how do you need to work over it so that your child start paying attention to everything that you were saying
