Mera babu ko ek hafte pehle fever tha kam ho gaya abhi cough hai aur kuch kha nahi raha hai aur pee bhi nahi raha hai aur kuch pilane ya khilane se vomit kar raha hai. Dr kehte liquids do but wo pee hi nahi raha weakness na jaye darr lag raha hai. 3.5years ka hai babu. Plz suggest
