mera babu 2 yr 8 month ka hai,, usko hmesa consipitation ho jata hai,, kl se potty nhi kiya hai,,, jbki uska diet mein milk 350 gm se jada nhi hai,,, Or green vegetable v deti hu, aaple pr pear mix puree everyday deti hu, bahar ka kuch v nhi khata

You should give plenty of fibre and fluid in the diet which is essentially very important in the growing cage when you give food to the child and make sure that you start the day with a glass of warm water followed by papaya and apply some castor oil in the navel before sleeping and right now you can put us a suppository into the anal region to clear the system
