Include buttermilk in every day drink which helps in improving good intestinal bacteria which interns helps in improving appetite. Add jeera and mint leaf in cooking. give 5 feed in a day instead of giving three big meals.
8 AM-breakfast with milk shake
11 AM-fruit bowl
1 PM-Khichdi or Dal rice or Rasamrice with vegetable fry and curd rice
4 PM-any fruit juice
7 PM-dinner. Before putting baby to sleep give a glass of lukewarm water with a pinch of turmeric added to it. Include egg, Paneer, dry fruits in the diet. Make your own timetable so that you can cover different type of pulses, veggies, fruits in the dietWrite Your Answer Here
