Mera 5 yr ka beta h use regular motion nhi hota 2-3 days tk n constipation bhi hota h little bit ,what is reason of this?

A. give proper fibre diet and that will only help in decreasing the constipation and if it is not improving with fibre that you may have to give constipation medicine. .
