A. यह बहुत आम बात है कि गर्भावस्था के दौरान कब्ज हो सकती है, इसलिए कृपया फाइबर आहार और भरपूर पानी लें और नियमित सैर करें और सरल व्यायाम करें, तभी कब्ज कम होगी।

A. Kindly check with your gynaecologist for some laxative that can be given during the time of pregnancy along with that if there’s any particular food that you need to include other than healthy liquids and fluids that is also going to be beneficial at the same time I would recommend you to have good amount of butter that usually is very beneficial in the issue of constipation
