mera 2sal ka bacha khana bilkul v chabana nhi janta bas nigal jata h usko abhi tak mash karke dena padta h usko mai chabana kaise sikhau use kha ne me jara v interest nhi h ???

give the family foods to the child the way elders eat, let child eat along with the family to see and learn
encourage him to eat by self give finger foods
avoid television and gadgets at meal time
