Hello take 5 to 6 meals in a day add nutritious caloric dense foods like ghee almonds walnuts cashews dates banana chickoo peanuts til seeds coconut egg avocado paneer to your recipe for healthy weight gain Take dink, methi seeds, jaggery, dry fruits, ajwain to your meals for good milk production
