shilpi BhandariMom of 2 children4 years agoA. hello mom if ur child is not able to speak even few words at this age and not able to make even eye to eye contact with you when you are talking to him not listening to you properly then this is high time u should consult with your speech specialist otherwise u can wait for 2 to 3 months
