Then first you should take a pregnancy test and if it is negative then probably this is due to hormonal imbalance because within after resume with their periods for first six months it would be difficult for them to manage as sometimes it could be there sometimes it is not there and sometimes it is heavy sometimes it is light so you can check with the gynaecologist once
