Chitradevi PMom of 2 children4 years agoA. Hello mom, it's normal only no need to worry about it. Keep feed your baby well exclusively till your baby reaches six months. Offer breast milk only no need to give formula milk along with your breast milk it may cause your baby stool colour may be change. keep your baby healthy and well hydrated.
