You should ask your doctor the dosage of the medicine if you want to give any at this age it’s going to be approximately 4 to 5ML depending upon the wheat so even if I look at the weight it is on the higher side which is why I would say it is about to be about 5 -7 ml but still I would rather advise you to give any without consulting the doctor
