Hello ma’am normally doctor gives a laxative to mothers for a while and if your doctor has not given you any as of now I am going to advise you to consult your doctor for one because it is best that they only suggested the safest want to go for after delivery because you’re feeding the baby also so you have to have something which is easy for you
