A. ACUTE ABDOMINAL PAIN CAN BE DUE TO MANY CAUSES 1, GASTRITIS, 2.GASEOUS DISTENSION 3.GE 4.ACUTE INDIGESTION 5. INFECTION 6.SUDEDEN CHANGE IN FOOD PATTERN 7.NEW FOOD 8.ASSOCIATED WITH OTHER INFECTION RESPIRATORY INFECTION 9.ASSOCIATED DIARREA OR CONSTIPATION.. 10.OBSTRUCTION NEVER GIVE DICYCLOMINE(CYCLOPAM) CONTENT FOR LESS THAN 6 MONTH OLD BABY, UNDER CAUTIOUS WITH DOCTOR ADVICE ONLY AFTER CONSULTATION. GO FOR ANTIFLATULENT SYRUP LIKE COLICAID SYRUP MORE THAN 6 MONTH DICYCLOMINE SYRUP CAN BE USED ,DO CONSULT YOU CONSULTANT, SELF MEDICATION OR SELF MEDICATING OTHES TO IS DANGEROUS..

A. Stomach pain in children is a common complaint seen frequently. There could be many reasons for this .it can be functional or due to some pathology which needs to be ruled out. Common causes are constipation gaseous discomffort worm infestation gastritis gastroenteritis or some chronic infection . Syp cyclopam 5 ml can be given sos for stomachc pain and consult your doctor for proper examintation to rule out the cause .

A. Domastal Is a good medicine you can go ahead with giving it for stomach pain to the child apart from that if you any other basic medicine available that you may have given previously to the child you can go ahead with giving the same as well
