A. Hello good afternoon !! If you lost weight after delivery check you are getting sufficient nutrition in diet. Have three meals and 2 snacks include fruits and vegetables,dry fruits,dal, paneer, curd,egg,meat ,soya ,rice,roti with sabji/dal/curd. Have daily dal based with vegetables, curd/paneer/egg/meat for Lunch, Dinner. Idly, Oats, ragi, boiled egg, kichdi as breakfast. Have dry fruits, Chikki as snacks.
