me baby received his first vaccine today and he's got very high fever. what shall I do

Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children4 years agoA. there may be some swelling and pain so for that you can apply for an extension of the injection site and give paracetamol in a proper dose to the baby

U I will give paracetamol to your child and you can repeat it every six hours apart from that rubber little bit of ice cube on to the area where the vaccination has been given so there will be no swelling and pain and also if the fever is more than hundred degrees and you can start doing Thanda Pani ki patti as well
