Me apne ki breast feeding stop krne ki kosis kr rhi hu... to breast pain ho rha hai, breast me milk productiin hone ki wajah se weight lag rha hai, kya kru? kya ye dhire dhire thik ho jayega?

A. कई बार और सबसे आम कारण दूध के थक्कों के संचय के कारण होता है और कभी-कभी यह न्यूरोजेनिक दर्द हो सकता है और कभी-कभी यह किसी स्थानीय द्रव्यमान जैसे लिम्फ नोड्स या ऊतक दर्द का हिस्सा हो सकता है। यदि यह साधारण मालिश के साथ-साथ साधारण गर्म zसिकाई और जमा हुए दूध की अभिव्यक्ति के साथ सुधार नहीं कर रहा है, तो स्थानीय जांच के लिए जल्द से जल्द अzपने डॉक्टर से मिलें। आप दर्द के लिए पेरासिटामोल ले सकते हैं।
