ExpertDr. Minal AcharyaNutritionist4 years agoA. Dear parent, weight of 4 kg is fine for 3 months old baby. Baby’s current weight also depends on the birth weight. Baby should gain at least 500 grams per month and should double the birth weight by 6 months or earlier.
