include boiled potato, boiled sprouts and pulses, milk, paneer, milk shakes, banana, chikko, fresh and seasonal fruits and vegetables, upma, poha, porridge, nuts and dried fruits, roti or paratha, rice or daliya, egg, chicken fish if non vegetarian, stuffed idli and dosa, etc and use ghee in meal preparations.
feed her after every 2 hours gap.
maintain good hygiene.
avoid force feeding and overfeeding.
