Q.

May I know some healthy weight gain food for 15 months baby ??? And also how many times should we feed the baby? I feel he is not gaining his weight . Kindly suggest . Thanks

A. Dear parent, you should feed 4 to 5 meals a day and up to one katori every time. You can give eggs and non veg foods like chicken, fish, meat. Give nuts like almonds, peanuts, cashew nuts, walnuts and dry fruits like raisins, dates. Give 500 ml of full cream milk and milk products like curd, paneer, cheese. Give variety of seasonal fruits and vegetables even green leafy vegetables. Breastfeed baby till 2 years. If baby is active, playful and achieving all growth milestones then it indicates good health.
