You can check with your doctor what oral medicine can you take otherwise for home remedies I can advise you take ginger juice and honey with a pinch of black pepper 3 times in the day you can also take a half a teaspoon approximately 3/4 teaspoon of sitopaladi it’s Ayurvedic medicine with some honey three times in the day
