Shaista TarannumMom of a 16 yr 8 m old boy3 years agoA. babies shoukd be able to speak by the age of 2 years atleast. it needn't have to be verbally exactly. they can pint out to things and tell you in their own language. but by 2 years of age there should be some communication between the baby and others.
