Nasal saline drops can be given again and again to the child because it is salt water which will help in decreasing the nasal blockage by clearing the mucus Try to prevent temperature variations around the child which is the most common cause of cough and cold in small children For fever and pain give paracetamol Continue the regular diet which is being given to the child

See I think all these things that is temporary because your child child has been in house rest for sometime due to COVID-19 so but of course with passing time once your child starts going to school things are going to be much better for you and also try to make your child more social try to take your child out to the park or garden auto please
