A. Dear ma’am, add calorie dense foods like ghee, sweet potato, potato, yam fry, dal soup with little butter, home made paneer Bhurji, boiled egg, ghee roti, banana, nuts, dry fruits etc

A. Hello mom a little variation is acceptable as far as the child is active for her age and eating well , give her dry fruits and nuts , milk shakes with fresh fruits. Eggs , stuff paranthas, lentils and legumes as well
