A. Mam. Include nuts, cheese, paneer, milkshakes as they are energy and protein dense foods. include fruits and vegetables along with porridges or roti to make it colorful. porridges like rice and ragi can be given alongside family pot meal.

A. I would recommend you to add a little bit of coconut shaving as a topping on all of the vegetables to the child you can try to give ghee in the dal I would recommend you to give eggs dry fruits banana milkshake everyday
