Manasvi's age near abt 3 yrs bt her weight is only 11 kg. her weight is Normal or Under weight?

A. Dear mum, weight of 11 kg is fine for 3 years old baby girl. Baby’s weight at this age should be in the range of 10.8 kg to 18.1 kg.
