#MamyPoko what options can we adopt if breast feeding is not enough...my son is 4 month & 7 days old

A. it is advisable to meet your doctor who will tell you whether any intervention is required in the form of formula milk or not and the doctor will ascertain the growth of the child along with weight gain and height gain

A. if you have insufficient milk supply then you can only give formula milk apart from breast milk. you can start with semi solids once the baby complete 5 months of age. no cows milk till one year. no food before completing 5 months.
