Constipation is a very common problem seen ,for which diet modification is necessary .one should give high fibres and plenty of liquids to the child .avoid food having maida and even too much of milk on daily basis.do not give banana also very frequently. Any kind of medication specially in all children, is a secondary option to be given only under medical klloadvice.
