Have fluids before and after breast feeding.
Consume dates, nuts, jeera, Dill seeds, sauf, ajwain, papaya, spoon of desi ghee and butter plus a katori of assorted nuts , makhana everyday.

Make a good skin contact with your baby while breastfeeding. Include methi, roasted makhana, jeera and saunf in your diet. Consult a lactation expert for advice. Regularly massage your baby with Babyhug daily massage oil.
