A. Have healthy diet- Six meals are important for lactating mothers. It is a demand and supply mechanism, so latch ur baby to breast more often. Have fluids before and after breast feeding. Consume dates, nuts, jeera, Dill seeds, sauf, ajwain, papaya, spoon of desi ghee and butter plus a katori of assorted nuts , makhana everyday.

A. Hello dear parent! The more your baby suckles your breastmilk directly the better milk supply. Make a good skin contact with your baby while breastfeeding. Include methi, roasted makhana, jeera and saunf in your diet. Consult a lactation expert for advice. Regularly massage your baby with Babyhug daily massage oil.
